Cancellation Policy:

If you have accidentally placed an order and would like to cancel it before the order is shipped, you can write to our customer support team on customercare@celloworld.com or call us on 7400007370. The order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Returns Policy:

  1. All return requests must be placed in the website within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return requests can be placed under My Account
  3. The items must be returned with their original packaging in undamaged condition
  4. Images of the invoice, the product and the packaging must be uploaded at the time for raising a return request for the request to be considered.
  5. In case you receive a defective/damaged item we will replace the same at no additional cost.

  7. The item to be returned will be picked up by our logistics partner and handed over to our warehouse

    5. Product returned without its original packaging and all components
    6. Product returned in a condition different than which it was received in.
